Abstract
This study used applied qualitative and quantitative methods to collect all the data. For the quantitative method, “A Questionnaire on the Basic Data of Central Vocational Training Center” and “The Impact of Computerization on Departments were conducted by interviewing 201 employees working on information systems. For the qualitative method, “A Guide Based on the Interviews With the MIS Staff’ and “The Interviews with Departmental Supervisors” were produced. Fourteen employees were interviewed by sampling to collect data, and nine MIS supervisors and one middle level supervisor unrelated to MIS were also interviewed. The results from the surveys are shown in percentages, and averages for analysis, but those from interviews were done by the analytical and inductive method.
