Abstract

The purpose of this dissertation is to investigate the syntax of the simple cases and of the cases with prepositions in Quintus Curtius’ History of Alexander, Book VI. This study attempts to ascertain any divergencies from the Classical norm, which might demonstrate Curtius’ syntax to be characteristic of a later period.
