Abstract/Description
Our team is participating in a semester-long strategy simulation project called the Business Strategy Game. In the simulation, we are managing an athletic footwear company, Burst Footwear, and distributing to North American, Marin America, Europe-Africa, and Asia-Pacific. In our presentation, we will discuss the reasons behind out decisions, our game strategy of focusing on Latin America and having a medium/high SQ rating at fair prices, and challenges we faced and how we overcame them. We will also briefly discuss what steps we took on a year-to-year basis and reflect back on what we could have done better and differently.
