Abstract
From the world of confused, vague, and false notions of the utility of sex in the plan of God, the work of the apostolate today beaches out more imploringly than ever to the beatitude of purity. Religious, busied with the work of souls, are obligated by profession to contribute to the advancement of this beatitude by their personal sanctification as well as by the careful instruction of youth under their charge. Young women come to religious life to fulfill their dedication to God. They come imbued with a spirit of generosity; hence, they are willing to sacrifice the normal pleasures of youth and of wedded love. God has instilled this generosity into these young hearts and has made it incumbent upon religious superiors to see to it that they are properly instructed. They must be taught that in living their life of consecrated chastity, they are not doing violence to nature, but rather are developing and fulfilling the instincts of womanhood to the fullest capacity.
