Abstract
The purpose of this study is to investigate the editorial policy of the American Catholic Quarterly Review during editorship of Monsignor James A. Corcoran (1876-1889), and to see whether the journal agreed or disagreed on certain selected with a comparable secular journal. The journal chosen for contrast was the North American Review for the same Period time.
