Abstract
This paper addresses the social and academic frustrations of elementary students diagnosed with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and the available resources that can be brought into the public classroom and applied through teachers who have little support in the classroom. It discusses the concepts behind successful techniques and explores how and why the techniques work. Tools provided in this paper are meant to assist public school teachers with resources that will better meet the needs of students in the public classroom who have been identified ADHD. Several different resources are recognized ranging from the support of medication to the incorporation of physical exercise into the classroom to help delegate the learning process for students with ADHD.
