Policies for MFA in Creative Writing | Master's Theses
Who Can Submit
MFA in Creative Writing | Master's Theses only publishes materials created by the faculty, staff, and students of Dominican University of California. For additional information, please contact email@example.com.
Display of Creative Writing Manuscripts
Although Dominican Scholar is an open access repository we do not make manuscripts from the MFA in Creative Writing program available to the public unless the Author requests, in writing, to do so. The manuscript's metadata will always be publicly visible.
A paper may be removed from public view by the copyright holder by sending a request to the system administrator at firstname.lastname@example.org. However, the metadata and a citation for the original version of the paper will always remain on the site.
Author Review of Theses, Capstone Projects, and Dissertations
Theses, capstone projects, and dissertations must be the same version submitted for approval to the Author’s department. For typos and factual errors, Authors may submit and errata sheet that will be included with the item record. Otherwise, Authors do not have an opportunity to make changes once their thesis, capstone project, or dissertation has been published; therefore, please be sure that the paper is ready for public distribution.
Rights and Permissions
Before submitting a paper to the repository, please be sure that all necessary permissions (e.g. Use of third party copyrighted items and IRB applications) have been cleared. You retain the copyright to your paper and grant us the nonexclusive right to publish this material, meaning that you may also publish it elsewhere.
It is necessary that you agree to the terms of publishing in the repository listed in the author agreement.
