Abstract/Description
The Capstone project for our business policy and strategy class involves usage of business knowledge gained over the past 4 years of our time at Dominican University of California. It incorporates all of the many different concentrations of business taught within the Barowsky School of Business. The simulation challenges us as students to work together in teams comprised of students with different business concentrations and backgrounds. As a group, we attempt to run an international athletic shoe company and all the complicated steps and levels that a normal company would have to do to run efficiently on a yearly basis. Through this project, we as students hope to learn through trial and error the ways to run a business in hopes that we will one day get to this point in our careers.
