Abstract/Description

My project will assess the effect of teacher support on the perceived academic self efficacy of fifth graders in two elementary schools located in Marin County, CA. A pre and post survey will be administered to assess the impact of an intervention that will aim to increase perceived academic self efficacy in these students via the delivery of a statement of support from their teacher every day for one week.
