Abstract/Description
The following project is an autobiography in verse with added elements of fiction. There are moments when I talk about real moments of my life but also moments where I have changed a few items, such as names in order to protect certain information and identities. Some of the poems are straightforward and provide a clear and direct storyline but they are juxtaposed with much more abstract poems that leave the reader wondering, or so, that is my intention. The project, as it is structured, reads like a journey, from the beginning of my life to what it is presently. There will be moments of discovery and growth within the text, to enhance the experience in the voyage of my life.
