Dominican University’s MA in Humanities Program is proud to host the 14th annual West Coast Graduate Liberal Studies Symposium. The conference, originally scheduled for June 19–21 2020, has been rescheduled for June 18-20 2021.
The GLS Symposium provides a wonderful opportunity for selected presenters to share recent scholarship and creative work in a lively, intellectual forum. Non-presenting students are encouraged to attend, as the conference offers fellowship with colleagues across participating institutions.
All abstracts submitted for the original 2020 conference dates will be kept on file for the new 2021 conference dates. Students interested in presenting their work are also encouraged to submit to the AGLSP conference in San Diego, CA on October 14-16, 2021.
We hope to host the symposium on campus. However, given the uncertainties regarding the pandemic, we are developing contingency plans for virtual panel presentations. Our priorities are to make a safe environment for everyone.
