Dominican Welcomes You to the Graduate Liberal Studies Symposium


Dominican University’s MA in Humanities Program is proud to host the 14th annual West Coast Graduate Liberal Studies Symposium, June 19–21 2020. The conference provides a wonderful opportunity for selected presenters to share recent scholarship and creative work in a lively, intellectual forum. Non-presenting students are encouraged to attend the symposium, too, as the conference is a great venue for fellowship with colleagues across participating institutions.

Conference Timeline

December 2 thru March 1: Abstract submissions
March 30: Announcement of acceptance, registration opens
March 30 thru May 20: Conference registration
June 1: Presentation schedule released
June 19: Evening reception and keynote speaker (time TBA)
June 20: Full day of presentations (times TBA)
June 21: Half day of presentations (times TBA)

Information about registration and accommodations will be added no later than February 1.
