Abstract/Description

This study is about music and its effect on perceived stress in college students at Dominican University of California. There have been many studies about how our perceptions of stress affected our actual stress levels. College students experience high levels of stress due to factors such as academic and financial. My study looks to make that connection from music, positively affecting our perceptions of stress, which in turn decreases our overall stress levels.
