Removal

The repository is a permanent record of scholarship at Dominican University of California. Removal of items are highly discouraged. A paper may be updated or removed from public view by sending a request to the system administrator at dominican.scholar@dominican.edu. Requests should include:

  • Author name
  • Title of the paper to be removed
  • Year of graduation
  • Reason for removal

Each request for removal will be handled on a case-by-case basis; the final decision on removal remains with the repository administrator.

If an item is removed from public view a citation to the original version of the paper will always remain on the site.

Author Review

Authors do not have an opportunity to approve papers they have submitted prior to them becoming publicly available on the site; therefore, please be sure that the paper is ready for public distribution.

If you would like to review your thesis with the repository administrator prior to submitting it, please contact dominican.scholar@dominican.edu to make an appointment.
